  • Dust and vacuum. Begin by dusting all surfaces—walls, ceilings, baseboards, floors, and any other exposed areas such as furniture, shelves, and countertops. Vacuum all floor surfaces and any upholstered furniture, taking care to get into corners and along edges.

    Clean surfaces. Wipe down every surface with a sanitizing cleanser, paying attention to high-touch areas. Be sure to open cabinets and drawers and wipe the insides, as well as the fronts and handles.

    Dust vents and fixtures. Dust all air vents and ducts, window blinds, ceiling fans, and lighting fixtures to remove accumulated dust and improve air quality.

    Clean the carpets. Vacuum all carpets thoroughly, using a HEPA-filtered vacuum if possible for better particle capture. Then, follow with a carpet cleaner or shampooer to deep-clean carpets, removing embedded dirt, dust, and debris for a fresher finish.

    Services Not Included


    The following services are not offered as part of our efforts to protect both our staff and your property:

    Lifting, pushing, or moving heavy furniture and appliances, such as refrigerators, stoves, and heavy tables.

    Handling or moving fragile or mounted items such as vases, artwork, mirrors, or wall décor.

    Putting dishes back into cabinets: Just because you load the dishwasher doesn't mean we won't unload it. Because we don't want anything to get broken, we like loading it.

    Intensive de-shedding of upholstered furniture.

    Washing or detailing the exterior-facing windows.

    Deep cleaning of the mini blinds: Light dusting of the horizontal plastic or metal blinds is acceptable, but more detailed cleaning may cause damage.

    Cleaning the interior of dishwashers or washing machines.

    Cleaning or polishing light bulbs.

    Service for homes with an active rodent or insect infestation.

    Removing dried or excess paint from surfaces.

    Specialized carpet or floor treatments such as steam cleaning, polishing, sealing, or waxing.

    Heavy stains or marks on walls, baseboards, or painted surfaces should not be scrubbed too hard; doing so may cause paint damage.
